  • This is a physical position,  it requires you to stand, move around, be engaged with customers and staff for a few hours at a time.
  • We require all volunteers to be open to working with others, to be respectful and compliant with our organization’s operating procedures.

 

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate and build customer service skills & donor relationships.
  • Depending on lifting ability, load and unload trucks and customer vehicles.
  • Tiding, condensing, repricing, restocking and making the Store presentable for the upcoming day’s customers.
  • Merchandising and organizing an assigned section of the store to ensure it’s attractive for clientele.
  • Be on the sales floor and remain accessible to assist customers with any questions or inquiries that they have.
  • Potentially learn the Point of Sale system and handle cash
  • Learn about our various recycling programs.
  • Assisting with tasks directed by Manager or Manager on Duty

 

Co-op Placement Availability:

During your onboarding process you can consult with your store manager regarding what days and times work best with your school schedule. We are open Monday to Saturday 10am-8pm and Sunday 10am-6pm.
