Gathered in the Burlington ReStore on February 5 for what turned out to be a very special occasion, Habitat HMD staff and volunteers met with Sales Representatives of Right At Home Realty Inc. Brokerage to receive a donation of $6,000.
The Right At Home Realty initiative of Sales Representatives voluntarily donating a portion of their commissions towards Habitat for Humanity began with the Brokerage’s founders. “Howard Drukarsh, Co-founder & Vice President of Right At Home Realty has been instrumental in working with Habitat for Humanity and has served on its Board in the Toronto area group,” says Right at Home’s Burlington Branch Manager, Richard Weima. “When I was appointed as Manager of our local Branch, I quickly recognized that Lynn Clark had a passion for Halton-Mississauga and has worked as our local branch liaison with HFHHM. We were pleased to be able to present HFHHM with a donation of $6,000 raised by our local sales representatives.”

Right at Home has chosen Habitat for Humanity as its principal charitable organization and has raised over $100,000 for Habitat since 2013. Their staff and salespeople also volunteer and participate on our various builds.
