Habitat HMD’s Backyard Tiny Home Program offers a unique opportunity to own a sustainable, high-quality tiny home built through Habitat’s Youth Skilled Trades Program. These homes are energy-efficient, purpose-built, and constructed on school campuses with oversight from experienced trades professionals. Models are complete for delivery each August.
Habitat Tiny Homes offer a fully contained living space with a kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. They are constructed with quality and care by trained students students supervised by industry professionals. These homes are legal, code compliant secondary dwellings!
